運送費用及時間

單次出貨金額滿 NT$2,000 元，本島免運。

除外：

1. 免運不含離島。
2. 雙北以外地區：面盆、浴缸、馬桶運費另計。
3. 陶瓷類商品新竹以南縣市：採預約回頭車派送，僅送到一樓。
4. 特重商品如浴缸、面盆、馬桶等，如需搬運上樓，搬運費另計(雙北)。

現貨商品出貨時間：

• 約 2-3 個工作天寄出。
• Grohe商品，約 3-5 個工作天寄出。
• 浴缸、陶瓷類、廚房置物架，4-7 個工作天，採預約派送制度。

預購商品：到台後 1-3 個工作天內派送。

預購時間：

• 亮鉻色約 2-3 個月
• 其餘顏色約 4 個月
• 陶瓷、浴缸、水槽類商品 6-8 個月

※若訂單中包含現貨和預購商品，則會等待預購商品到貨後一同出貨。
如需先出現貨，請聯絡好德，單次出貨金額未滿 2,000 元需酌收運費。 

下單後商品是否能先留貨？

• 現貨商品：最多可保留 4 個月，下單後請 來信告知 預計出貨日期。
• 預購商品：抵台後可保留 14 天，若超過則需另外計算倉儲費用。如有特殊時程規劃請來信告知。

International shipping is available to all countries at weight-based rates, which are
calculated manually. Please contact us at service@betterchoice.com.tw before
checkout.

• For Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Malaysia: We ship via SF Express. Shipping rates start from USD $20 (plus handling fees).
• All other countries: We ship your parcels via SF Express or Taiwan Post.

**International customers must pay applicable sales taxes, duties and customs charges, which are determined by your local government and which vary by country.
